Miss Anita Wiafe (DipPsych, BSC, MSC) Founder OML, Occupational Psychologist, provider of Hr4charities.

 Having worked in senior roles with several charitable organisations, I realized there was an enormous gap in the provision of quality HR advice and support for organisations in the not-for-profit sector, because most consultancies and HR information concentrated more on the private sector.

OML is the realization of my desire to serve the HR needs of charities, small enterprises with professional HR support at affordable costs. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and accredited in Personnel Systems and Management. I am a Trustee of two charities. I have over 10 years experience in Human resources management and recruitment as well as a BSc in Applied Psychology with social research, masters in organisational psychology and is an approved level A and B tester in psychometric testing.

We are in our third year and I have a strong team of troopers. Our biggest challenge is getting charities to access some of our services, including some of the free services, so please do spread the word.
