The Tools for Success guides and support services have been developed by Cass Centre for Charity Effectiveness (Cass CCE) to help small voluntary and community organisations ensure that the basics contributing to long-term sustainability are in place, enabling them to become organisations in which others want to invest.
This workshop is facilitated by Tesse Akpeki and is designed to enable participants to:
- Have a practical understanding of the role, legal duties and liabilities of trustees (Charity Commission framework)
- Ensure that trustees and the Board can increase their effectiveness
Each workshop costs £150 and participants will receive a free copy of Tools for Success at the first workshop they attend. Participants may attend subsequent workshops at a discounted price of £120 per day. Organisations referred by City Bridge Trust are eligible for 50% discount on the cost of the workshops.
