Hi all and thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
We are a car club non profit organisation, we run an online forum for discussion and orginise local meets nationally for like minded people to come and meet. All of our 'staff' are volunteers.
We have started selling club merchandise, branded mugs, branded t-shirts, pens, bottle openers etc all the products are sold at cost so we are making no money. We wanted to have a publicly visible shop? but other staff have started panicking that we are going to get in trouble!
We are talking about £200 a year worth of merchandise!
Any advice reassurance or direction would be greatly appreciated
