I am doing a level 5 manangement course and have to research Kanter and her theories but struggling finding her actual work, can anyone let me have her theories in detail?  I cannot find them.  When I look on here it starts with her but then goes to someone else's model and not hers. HELP PLEASE. Thanks Julie Garnett

Hi Julie,

RMK's books are:

  • World Class -- Simon & Schuster '95.  This is about harnessing global market forces.
  • Change Masters -  Allen & Unwin '83.  This deals with innovation and uses case studies including Hewlett Packard, Polaroid etc.
  • When Giants Learn to Dance  -  Simon & Schuster '89. --About companies and careers in the '90s.
  • Frontiers of Management -- Harvard Business School Press '97 -- reprinted collection of her articles in HBR.

All of the above books are her original material rather than other people's theories.
