As his manager, did Pete handle Mark's return to work well? What else could he have done? What shouldn't he have done?

I don't think Pete did a very good job of making Mark's return smooth. He seemed to flap around and not actually spend any time talking to him or the team. As for putting his desk next to the disabled loo - how insulting!
