Q1: it's impartant that it's in, but as a how rather than a what. How we are going to deliver the strategic priorities of the charity - one of the means by which we achieve our objectives. Like many other channels it has a role to play but is not an end in itself.
Q2: That it is seen to adding value, helping people to deliver their targets and ambitions.
