Angela Eden
My career has a consistent theme of working across the boundary between communities of interest. I started in education, moved to community development , management training and finally in organisations as a OD consultant .I trained in Social Policy ( London School of Economics ) Organisation Consultancy ( Tavistock ) , and as a Mediator ( School of Psychotherapy and Counselling). In my OD consultancy practice I focus on improving communication between individuals groups, and resolving wider systemic issues .
I also research and write about leadership, power, exclusion and coaching.
