Description: I read your how-to guide about How to innovate and I was wondering if you could deliver some more practical training on this? I have in mind particular situations where the charity is in danger of winding up and has to come up with some innovative approach that would ensure it survives. And also how do you cultivate that 'innovating' mentality in the staff?
