About the trainer

Shehnaaz Latif has been a consultant and trainer in evaluation at Charities Evaluation Services (CES) since 2003 and is also the manager of CES's evaluation training team. She provides consultancy support to organisations wishing to improve their own monitoring and evaluation, especially with a focus on outcomes, and undertakes external evaluations.

Shehnaaz has designed and delivered training on a wide range of subjects related to self-evaluation for hundreds of third sector organisations and their funders. She has also authored publications on evaluation, including CES’s 'Becoming more effective: an introduction to monitoring and evaluation for refugee community organisations'
