I recently stumbled across a great competition being run by Precedent, one of the UK's leading creative communications agencies. The competition winner will receive a £30k website and digital strategy and the deadline has been extended to Wednesday next week (13th Jan) at midday.

Google offer In-kind advertising for non-profit organisations
Basically this means you can receive a free monthly allowance to spend on Google adwords.
There are a few provisos to receive the grant, one being you cannot have google adsense running on your site whilst using the Google grant.
