Subject: NGO registration in the UK
I am the trustee of a registered charity in the UK. I have asked the Charity Commission if we can register as an NGO in the UK as well. The commission told me that we would have to set up a seperate organisation and register it as an NGO, but didn't know who manages such registrations or where I can go for advice. Can anyone help?

i am chairman of Sagal development & humanitarian organization and is currently registered in Kenya and operates in Somalia, Kenya,Puntland and Somali-land and would like to register in the UK and would like to know how to go about any help and info are very well needed by the people i help.

How do l go about resgistering an NGO to carter for the mental health and well being of the poorest persons in Ghana,s Notrth. Also to support person with learning disability. I have been to ghana and done extensive research, and there are evidence from WHO, UNICEF, BMA, and others reputable organizations that Ghana and the North expecially lacks services to support the mentallly disadvantage.WHO can help.
