Just thinking about Ken Montgomery's really interesting point about making global learning more explicit in your leadership development strategy (http://www.knowhownonprofit.org/ymca/strategy-snapshots/snapshot-3-the-menu-based-model-for-leadership-development ), I wondered about making this practical and attainable (and affordable)? Of course it's implicit as Ken says, as the global Movement is a wonderful asset, bringing unparalleled opportunity to share across national and international borders...but how might we do this in a way that's open to and accessible by any UK based leader? All suggestions welcome..
Thanks for the focus Ken
